Each month, JUSTFAB will curate your boutique with shoes and clothes styled especially for you. You will also get access to member only-sale events.
Is JUSTFAB legit or a ripoff?
There is never an obligation to buy with JUSTFAB. You will get charged $39.95 if you don’t skip each month or cancel your membership. So just be sure to set a reminder for yourself on the first of each month so you can skip the month.
How Does the JUSTFAB VIP Membership Work?
Start your VIP membership by signing up and getting your first pair of shoes for just $10.
Take the brief style quiz to provide more information on shoes, clothes and handbags that you will love. JUSTFAB will curate a boutique each month with new items selected just for you.
How Much Does JUSTFAB Cost?
When you become a JUSTFAB VIP member you will be charged $39.95 per month which becomes 1 credit that can be used toward any shoe, clothing or accessory item in your personal boutique that is curated just for you. Don’t want to be charged for the month? You can skip the month, and not be charged.
If you don’t like anything you have ordered, JUSTFAB offers free returns and exchanges! You can return items for store credit to be used towards future orders.
Is JUSTFAB good quality?
Most of JUSTFAB’s shoes are in the $20-50 price range. JUSTFAB is good quality for low to mid-priced tier of shoes, and is very similar to brands sold in the same price range at retailers such as ASOS and DSW. As should be expected with this lower to mid pricepoint, many of shoes are faux leather or faux suede.
How to Get the Most From Your JUSTFAB VIP Membership
If you want to love your JUSTFAB VIP membership, and take advantage of their reasonably priced shoes and clothes, follow these suggestions.

How to Skip a Month with JUSTFAB
If you don’t want to shop a certain month, you can click “Skip The Month,” and you won’t be charged. Log into your account between the 1st and the 5th of each month to “Skip The Month.”
Shop the Sale Events
Shop the sale events for the best deals. Note that the $39.95 monthly VIP membership fee cannot be used towards sale items. To get the most out of your VIP membership, skip each month so you aren’t charged the $39.95 membership fee, and instead wait fo the VIP sale events!
How Hard is it to Cancel the JUSTFAB VIP Membership?
Canceling your VIP membership isn’t the easiest process, but only because it’s not as simple as going to your online account and canceling in your profile. Instead you will need to call their customer service and cancel with a live person. There could be a wait time to reach a customer service representative.
In addition, expect the customer service representative to try to get you to stick with your membership. If you are nice, you can listen to the entire spiel. Otherwise, politely but firmly let them know you don’t have the budget and want to cancel, and they will confirm your cancellation.
